John has been training for ten years in the NYC metro area and is passionate about helping people become better, healthier, stronger versions of themselves. He loves working with all kinds of clients: teens, seniors and everyone in between looking to get stronger, improve body composition, rehabilitate injuries, and feel more confident in their skin. As a type 1 diabetic and celiac, John also knows the struggles of managing chronic disease and dietary restrictions, and this has informed the way he works with my clients who have restrictions of their own. He believes clear communication, goal setting and individualization are key to achieving positive, meaningful and long lasting change. Outside of the gym he enjoys staying on top of current exercise science and health research, playing music and watching movies.
